1Data we collect

Account and contact details (name, email, phone). Identity and KYC data (PAN, a masked Aadhaar reference, address, and uploaded identity documents). Bank details for funding and payouts. Nominee details. Records of your holdings, transactions, documents, and support tickets.

We store a masked Aadhaar reference for the number itself; identity documents you upload are held encrypted in restricted storage.

2Why we use it

To verify your identity (KYC and anti-money-laundering), to let you subscribe and hold debentures, to pay coupons and deduct TDS, to issue statements and certificates, to provide support, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3Who we share it with

Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, for example identity verification, e-signature, and payment processors, under contract. The debenture trustee and any registrar or transfer agent, as required to maintain the register of holders. Regulators, auditors, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, ap-south-1, with access controls and row-level security. Identity documents are kept in a private bucket accessible only to our compliance team via short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure; you use the platform at your own risk to that extent.

5Retention

We keep your data for as long as you hold an investment and thereafter for the period required by tax, company-law, and anti-money-laundering rules — generally at least eight years after the relationship ends.

6Your rights

You may access and correct your profile in the app. For other requests regarding your data — including access, correction, or grievance redressal — contact our Grievance Officer below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
